DISPLAY OF MEMBERS PRINTS
After each Print Competition, the Print Chair will retain the winning Prints.
Labels will be created with the name of the Winner, the Category, the Title
and Date; then they will be displayed in Cribari on the boards in the aisle leading
from the Auditorium down to the Post Office. There are three boards on the
left hand side, and one smaller one on the right hand side, dedicated to the
display of prints. It is important to follow the rules for the size of prints - up to
16" x 20" on matt board, and no thicker than 1/8". This is because the display boards
are not very big and sometimes it is difficult to do justice to all the winners; also
if the prints are too thick, it is sometimes difficult to attach them onto the cork of
the display board
During the normal year of Camera Club competition, October through June, prints from slides are displayed on the north side of Cribari Hallway for one month - then on to Montgomery Center in the outside glass case. Then they continue on to the display in the Clubhouse in hall by the coffee machine. During the summer months prints from slides that were taken throughout the year are displayed.
